Outside the Therapy room...
When I'm not working with private clients I work within the NHS as a Health and Wellbeing Coach. I run group community sessions throughout South Yorkshire for those needing support to prevent Type 2 Diabetes. These sessions focus on Nutrition and Movement support alongside the psychological aspects of food choices and how we treat our bodies. I find this role deeply rewarding - watching people take control of their health and lifestyles is the greatest win as a Health & Wellness Coach.
