Self Guided Psychotherapy Courses

Before introducing the projects themselves, I want to share why these courses were created in the first place.

Over the years, both in professional practice and in everyday life, I’ve become increasingly aware of how many people want support, understanding or deeper self-awareness, but feel unable to access therapy in a way that feels realistic, safe or sustainable for them.

For some, the barrier is financial. Therapy can be expensive and long-term support is not always accessible. For others, it is time, location, fear, stigma, uncertainty around where to begin, or simply not feeling “ready enough” to enter a therapy room.

Many people are also carrying emotional experiences they cannot quite make sense of. They may notice patterns in relationships, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional shutdown, low self-worth, people pleasing, disconnection, burnout or a feeling of being stuck, but have never had the language, tools or space to explore why.

These courses were designed to help bridge that gap.

The Project Series offers an accessible introduction to therapeutic self-understanding and emotional growth in a way that feels grounded, compassionate and practical. The aim is not to replace therapy, but to bring therapeutic insight and reflection to more people, particularly those who may not yet feel able to access traditional one-to-one work.

Each course is designed to encourage curiosity rather than judgement. To help people better understand themselves, their nervous systems, emotional patterns, relationships and internal world with greater awareness and compassion.

In a world that often encourages us to move quickly, disconnect from ourselves or simply “cope”, these projects are an invitation to slow down, reflect and begin building a deeper relationship with who we are underneath the surface.
